My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

A peaceful retreat close to all Geelong offers

Located in one of Geelong's most sought after suburbs, this bright and airy private studio provides a welcome retreat close to the heart of the city, whilst offering quick and easy access to everything Geelong has to offer. Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. On colder evenings, the gas log fire is a treat. The ensuite is clean and well lit and boasts a roomy double shower.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. Relax and charge the batteries! And you can bring your dog to roam in a fully fenced garden and meet Paddy and Ruby!
