The Old Parish Lockup dates back to 1801 and was built as a tiny jail (gaol) to house local villians before being taken to the magistrates court for sentencing. There were two cells on the ground floor, these have now been converted to a modern kitchen and a bathroom. The old stone steps rise to the second floor which was the old constables office (now converted to a lounge) This has the orginal fire place and hearth now with a gas log burning stove.

We have a downstairs toilet with utility room (washing machine and dryer). A peaceful Garden surrounded by flowers and a driveway to put your car.
This is a lovely spacious room with a very comfortable king size bed. It has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with hangers. There is also a TV in the room. Netflix is available. Details will be given on booking. The bathroom is upstairs with the bath, but you also have use of the shower room downstairs with a bidet.
