The apartment is located in the center of the village . It is on the second floor on the front side of the building . It has full equipped kitchen, there is free WIFI, a TV and an air conditioner (AC) free of charge. Housecleaning services are also included (free of charge every 3 days). Our business follows all necessary rules and precautions,in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which are regulated by the Ministry of Tourism.So this business has acquired the "Health First" certification.

The Superior suite with the private pool is ideal for those looking for tranquility and luxury. It is extend over two levels and can accommodate up to five people, as it has a seperate room with two single beds on the ground floor, plus a sofa-bed in the shared area and a separate bedroom with a double bed in the upper floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. Outside the suites, guests have a spacious terrace next to the pool, surrounded by Mediterranean plantings of flowers and herbs.

A convenient room at the first floor of the house with a/c and TV. The room includes a small kitchen and private bathroom. You can use the coutyard of the house. It's located in about 150 meters of the central square of the traditional village of Afytos, where you can visit the Folklore Museum and taste traditional recipes of our culture. You can reach the beach on foot, following the path or with your vehicle through the village.

The apartment has the style of the Cycladic Greek islands. It is located in a privileged location 500m from the village of Kallithea, where you can find supermarkets and all kinds of services. Transportation, banking, pharmacy. There is also a new supermarket (LIDL) 250m from the property. If you want a nice apartment to relax and have everything close to you, this is the perfect place!
