Villa Erato is the largest of a complex of villas called Drios-muses. It is a three-level villa of a total area of 210 s.m, consisting of Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor with 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 single rooms and a sofa bed which accommodates up to 2 more guests. The villa offers as well a private swimming pool, an external stone built BBQ and traditional oven for hosting great parties! The villa offers a modern environment for fun-filled summer holidays.

The Olive House is a unique, newly refurbished, and redecorated in 2023, house located within Apianes Villas in Agkairia, on the southwest of the island of Paros, with dashing views of nature, the island of Antiparos and the setting sun. The Olive House has been decorated with care and inspirations from all over the world, while it is persistently relying on the roots of the Cycladic tradition. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The house, with its bright serenity, offers generous outdoor spaces: terraces and garden, swimming pool with deck, a pergola with barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms, one located downstairs and the other upstairs. Each has its own private bathroom and shaded exterior area. Two parking spots are available in the front of the house. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels and sheets, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, full access to our washing machine and laundry detergent.
