Here in the country garden stream side setting of the former Herb Farm (New Zealand's first opened in 1976) you will find the original cottage with the ground floor studio/bed sitting room and adjoining parlour. Pots and pans etc and board games to play. Super funky toilet block and spacious shower room just a short walk away on lush lawns. Gorgeous rural outlook. Ocean 1min drive away. Akaroa 20mins. No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone.
