Your own space/ no shared rooms, easy access ground floor and convenient location. This unique place has a fresh style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

A charming and quiet in-law unit at a cul-de-sac in the Moraga Country Club area. It is on the second floor, accessible through a spiral staircase, separate from the main house. The suite has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen (no stove), and a balcony that overlooks a hillside (deer sighting is not uncommon). There are several parking spots right across the house. Our property is about 10minutes away from St. Mary's College, and is 15-20minutes from Orinda and Lafayette.
