No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Le pareti divisorie sono realizzate in vetro satinato, ma con un tocco le renderai trasparenti così da poter apprezzare l’ambiente nella sua suggestiva interezza. Nel Sasso potrai ammirare le conchiglie fossili che affiorano dal tufo, fare la doccia all’interno della grotta e toccare le pareti emerse dal mare un milione di anni fa.

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

A welcoming apartment ideal for families with children. The apartment is located 400 meters from the Sassi Di Matera. The apartment has a double bed, sofa bed for two people, sofa bed, induction cooker, electric oven, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine portable. Air conditioner euro 15 per day.
