Mill Cottage

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Charming 1 bed cottage with large private garden

Nestled in the rural village of Fittleworth, Wishing Well Cottage is the perfect getaway right in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. Snuggle up in front of the log fire with a hot chocolate or sit in the large private garden with both covered and open air seating areas, where you can toast marshmallows on the fire pit or sip a glass of wine. The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

Unicorn cottage is a newly renovated 2 bedroom character cottage sitting just beneath the castle, right in the heart of Arundel’s historic town centre The property has two bedrooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and 1 or 2 (depending on your needs) singles in the small 2nd bedroom. The guest room can be made up for adult or child guests. The living space is upstairs and open plan with a sofa bed and log burner.

Beautiful S.Downs Cottage, pool and tennis

A private gate takes you directly onto the South Downs with some lovely foot and cycle paths on your doorstep. Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Southhampton, Winchester, Goodwood and Witterings beaches are in easy reach while Liphook station takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. The pool and tennis court are available from May to end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
