Our cabin is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Trail, and the James River with many outdoor activities within minutes. Our cabin will accommodate 2 people based upon septic system and rules and regulations set by Bedford County . Our cabin is not kid friendly (infant-10 y). Please message us with any questions. On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Nestled in the scenic hills of Lynchburg, Virginia, the Yellow Cottage overlooks a pastoral landscape, as well as your own private gazebo, an old timey windmill, and a duck pond. Nelson hosts peach and apple festivals each year. The beautiful foliage to be seen in the fall and winter snowy mountains.
