Blocks away from the heart of Idyllwild, yet surrounded by trees and wildlife, this secluded gem is the perfect romantic or quiet getaway! Watch the jays and squirrels eat peanuts from the deck or nibble at seeds from the yard. This cabin was completely remodeled with a hand laid shower mosaic to the wooden beams made from trees grown and harvested directly from our property, and much more, you will see the love and craftsmanship that went into finishing this cabin. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

Cedar Crest

Cedar Crest is a nicely remodeled cabin while keeping its original charm. It is easy access. A few steps lead you to the deck in the middle of the trees... This cabin can sleep 2 people in a king bed and if you would like to bring your kids, the master bedroom has a full size futon. (Kids sleep free) For pet owner, the east side of the cabin has a fenced-in space. We recommend you do not let them be there unsupervised as a motivated mountain lion could jump the fence and arm your pet.

Stay at Palm Springs mid- century modern vacation resort “Modern9” close to downtown, great new hotels and restaurants. It has a very comfortable king bed in the main bedroom area, with its own en-suite large bathroom, with a twin single bed in the small bedroom that connects to its own bathroom. This Suite opens up to the shared courtyard with outdoor kitchen, bar and dining, and when you walk through the breezeway, you will get to the shared outdoor space with pool, spa and firepit.

Stay in a 25' renovated 1990's trailer with AC and a 280 sq ft covered deck with misters and fan, propane grill and PRIVATE JACUZZI! Dedicated WiFi bridge insures solid connectivity. Fresh air, no crowds, nice local trails. Local wineries and restaurants are tasty. Wifi is great. TV with Roku indoors; bluetooth speakers on the deck, and cows in the pasture. It’s a peaceful get-away!
