Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλησμενη, μαζί με το σαλόνι και την τραπεζαρία, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με μεγάλο διπλό κρεββάτι (1.60x 2) και ντουλαποδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο. Μία σιδερένια στριφογυριστή σκάλα οδηγεί στο δώμα όπου βρίσκονται δύο μονά κρεββάτια. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά ή δύο ζευγάρια.
