Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Euphoria Traditional house

Stefanos and Loukia are the owners of a traditional house named "Euphoria". We welcome you join them and take part in their daily village life. The house is traditional located on the southern slopes of mt. Ainos in Mousata village 200m above sea level. Around sandy beaches ideal for families with small children. A cozy Kefalonian house with modern amenities comprising of 2 bedrooms, a loft, one bathroom, an external W.C. an open plan kitchen(fully equipped) and longue/diner .

Enjoy your stay in a convenient location near the coast of Maistratos.The flat is situated adjacent to the beautiful coastal route of Argostoli town . Only 1km from the main square in Argostoli where you will find a large variety of restaurants. Walk along the coast taking in the beautiful views visit the Italian Aqui monument just 2km away or walk to the unique light house and take a dip in the clear waters. Supermarkets and restaurants available within 500 meters.
