Recognized as an innovative "Cave Style House" project, Arion Aesthesis Superior Villa has been subsidized by the EU - ESPA programs for its eco-friendly design. Built 20 meters into a hillside, the villa naturally harnesses air circulation, drawing in fresh Aegean breezes through large openings at the back of the structure. This architectural technique helps maintain a consistently cool indoor temperature throughout the day. Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Additionally, the villa’s thoughtful layout enhances the feeling of absolute seclusion, making you feel completely immersed in nature. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. Villa Elpida (Aspro) with seaview & pool

Villa Elpida is situated in a quiet, gated complex of 9 villas with two shared swimming pools. It is just 2 km from the sandy beach of Almyrida. The house is is fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. The villa can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed that offers an extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking

The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Villa Aspro is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Villa Aspro is located in Apokoronos county, to the east of the city of Chania. It overlooks the Cretan Sea to the north and gazes at the White Mountains to the east as it stands close to beautiful beaches and traditional villages. The three-storey 200 sq. m can accommodate 10 people in its 5 bedrooms, making it perfect to host up to two families travelling together.

Aquila Villa is built on the top of a hill offering unobstructed 360° panoramic view. The unspoiled village of Drapanos is 600m away, while the organized, sandy and shallow beach of Almyrida is 5.5km away. There are 2 taverns and a mini market in the village; for more choices you must drive to Plaka, 4.5km away. The villa has a big open plan area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wc. There are 3 pergolas, a bbq and a huge, infinity, heated pool with a children's area.

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached following a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. Hestia is an exclusive stone villa of 2018, part of Rhea-Residence dot com, with 3 houses, Hera, and Rhea, all totally private from each other, in Gavalochori, a beautiful village, 35 min drive from Chania, 3,5 km from the beach in Almyrida. The villa has stunning views to the White mountains, villages and the sea. The villa is ideal for a romantic luxury holiday for two or a small family.
