The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. The animals are present in nature (ants and spiders sometimes in the house, wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night) and any event connected to these animals are not considered price reductory factors, please consider this when reserving! Price is for the gr. floor only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.
