Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. The apartment is located by the sea and has a sea view. The apartment is very family friendly and spacious. The apartment is located approx. 20 minutes to the city center by public transport. The cultural kilometer for walking by the sea passes right under the window.
