Kjellerleilighet i granittstenhus fra 1953. God atmosfære. Kun 20 minutter til fots fra tog og busstasjon. Egen inngang. Nytt bad og lite kjøkken. Internett og TV. Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser og det er mange muligheter for tur i skog og bad i havet. Sentrum i Fredrikstad og høyskolen, ligger kun 20 minutter unna til fots. 5 minutter til gratis ferge som tar deg til gamlebyen eller sentrum. Jeg ønsker at alle gjester skal føle seg velkommen og som hjemme. Bad i badekar etter avtale.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Leiligheten ligger i underetasjen av vårt hus med utsikt mot Sandefjord sentrum. En trapp må gåes for å komme dit. Den egner seg derfor ikke for gjester med gangbesvær. Leiligheten vender mot nord og har litt sol på morgen sommerstid. Nærhet til mange badestrender og friområder. Det er bussholdeplass 10 min å gå fra vårt hus. 30-40 min å gå til sentrum av Sandefjord med flere restauranter og butikker. Supermarket 10 min gange fra vårt hus. 2 min med bil. 15 min til Torp flyplass med bil.

Peaceful guest house with pool

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

Bright and newly renovated 24 sqm apartment in a quiet area with a view over Grenaa town. It is a 7-minute walk to the center of Grenaa. The tea kitchen can be used for light dishes. The apartment has two small living rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen, that you may share with other guests. It is part of a beautiful old timbered house which is situated in the middle of nature close to the sea and the woods.
