The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture. Tucked away in a private staircase Downtown Fairhope. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink and stove. The apartment offers comfortable seating, work or dining table for two, and a full bath with a shower. In the living area, there is a queen bed and small dining table. The flat has a balcony with an outdoor sofa + chairs overlooking Fairhope Ave! Unique space, crafted in detail, in the center of everything!

Henry's House: A Cute Lil' Ol' Beach Shack

Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.

“Got it Good” is a one-story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located directly on the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in peaceful Surfside Shores. “Got it Good” is located just 14 miles down Fort Morgan Road from Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. ** During Peak Season (May 15-August 15) we have a 7 night Minimum with the standard Saturday to Saturday stay - We ONLY accept Saturday to Saturday Bookings During this time!!**

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
