The casita is 120 square feet, a very small space (small studio with everything in one room including the bathroom), for single occupancy only, but with everything needed to enjoy a San Diego getaway. It is great for solo travelers who want to be near the heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego, California.

The unit has a full kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. Private parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood, but close to Downtown, Beaches, SeaWorld and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Walk to local restaurants, bars, Eppig brewery, bay side trails, grocery store, & sports fishing. No dogs due to host health issues.

Located in Point Loma, it is less than a mile from the beach and within 15-20 minutes of the most visited San Diego attractions. Rental is above our home. No smoking, parties or loud music. Please note the kitchenette only has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. No washer and dryer on sight. Above flight path.

Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. Pets welcome. Mini refrigerator, microwave, a water kettle and a kitchen sink . Again, VERY small space!
