This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

Ihr erreicht das kleine gemütliche Apartment mit eigenem Bad im ersten Stock eines historischen Hofes über einen separaten Außenaufgang. Hier gibt es alles was ihr braucht: Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kochnische mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC Der Außenaufgang ist groß genug, so dass ihr ihn auch als kleinen Balkon nutzen könnt oder ihr geht einfach in den großen Garten, der allen Gästen und mir zur Verfügung steht.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt zwischen Chiemsee und Alpen, Salzburg und München. Über wundervolle Rad- und Wanderwege könnt ihr den Chiemsee, die Berge und das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe erkunden. Gute Bus- und Bahnverbindungen. Unweit von Salzburg und München! Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Ma Bastide-dein kleines Reich im schönen Bayern

Ma Bastide liegt in Bad Endorf, das auch das Tor zum Chiemgau genannt wird. Bad Endorf selbst hat einiges zu bieten und verfügt über eine 1A Verkehrsanbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
