Plenty of room for two, but has accommodated up to four: small, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, combi microwave, air fryer and hotplate . Separate bathroom, with WC, washbasin & electric shower. Free wi-fi, LED TV, free view and DVD player. Good 4G mobile reception - wifi 36 mgbps. Adjacent to cycle track (route 82) linking Ogwen Valley and university city of Bangor. Plenty of things to do for the duration of your stay in Snowdonia, with something for everyone: ** We are only 10 minutes walk from 'ZIPWORLD' VELOCITY - Ride the longest zipwire in the Northern hemisphere above the spectacular Penrhyn Quarry lake and reach speeds of up to 85mph - it's the closest thing to sky-diving without jumping out of a plane! ** Climbing & Mountain Walking - Snowdon, The Carneddau, Cadair Idris, The Rhinogs, Capel Curig Forest walks - Waymarked paths Golf- courses in Bangor, Caernarfon, Harlech, Dolgellau Beach/Water sports Dry slope skiing at Llandudno Bird watching, RSPB reserves at Conwy & South Stack and Glaslyn Ospreys, near Porthmadog. Bethesda is home to Europe’s largest zip wire (Zip World) & is famous for its slate quarry. We are just a 5 minute drive from the mountain pass & 10 minutes into the city of Bangor.

The Bunkhouse is located in a quiet hamlet and has a separate entrance keeping it completely private. It overlooks a meadow and the river Ogwen. A stone building now renovated and equipped to provide comfortable accommodation for two people. Bunk beds - linen - en-suite -towels -TV - Tea & Coffee. A fridge is available in a nearby outhouse. Well placed to discover Snowdonia, nearby hills, mountains, cycle paths, walks and climbs, and also ZipWorld Velocity 2 which is only a short walk away.

Newly open following extension and renovation! 'Tŷ Pérson' is an original Welsh slateworker's cottage in the heart of a UNESCO world heritage area. It's n the Braichmelyn area of Bethesda and you can walk down our road straight into Snowdonia National Park. It's been modernised and extended but retains original features and charm. It's in a perfect location for exploring this wonderful region: Zipworld is moments away, Anglesey is 30 mins away and Snowdon 20 mins away. Sorry but no dogs!

This Grade 2 listed traditional quarryman’s Welsh cottage is incredibly fortunate to be located within 2 minutes of Zip World Velocity and is perfect for exploring North Wale’s wildest mountain scenery. The cottage has been completely renovated and also features a beautiful sunny garden and patio with plenty of space to sit and relax outside. Bethesda village centre is within walking distance and has a Tesco supermarket (open 7 days a week until late), pubs and a good choice of takeaways.
