Tiny House at Creamers Field

A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

Welcome to the Nuthatch Cabin

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

Bennett Road Retreat

If you are looking for a home away from home where moose frequent the yard and the Aurora lights up the sky, this is it. Being just out of town affords a quiet setting and nice mountain views yet it's only a short drive to the grocery store and shopping. With a private entrance and the owner's garage between the two living spaces the guest suite offers plenty of privacy and separation. A peaceful retreat. Very comfortable, modern, quiet one bedroom suite with a complete kitchen and washer and dryer. In the country yet close to town. Beautiful, bucolic setting with loads of outdoor potential, hiking, biking, skiing. Quiet and private. Three minutes from world class cross country skiing, hiking, biking trails. Nine minutes to the most popular shopping district in Fairbanks. Fire pit, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Designated parking close to the suite entrance.

Secluded Aurora Haven: Guesthouse in the Hills

Please read carefully: Offering an entire one room guest house, the space is completely separate/detached from the main home, providing complete solitude. This is meant to be an affordable alternative to other options. There is an incinerator toilet and sink, however, there is NO running water of any kind provided for this space, it is a great location to sleep, rest or relax and watch some TV, read, do some work, or just enjoy the quiet. High Speed Wifi provided. No breakfast.

Off-Grid Cabin on 100 Acres w/ Cedar Hot-Tub&View

WARNING: This cabin is OFF-GRID and DRY. If you dont know what that means, dont fear, I will explain! Aurora Outpost is located on a private 100 acre homestead just 7 minutes from Fairbanks and 5 minutes from Fox, AK. There is NO electricity, lighting is provided by warm lanterns. There is NO plumbing, but there is a small water system and outhouse. I am also available 24/7 to answer any questions about the features of the cabin or to help guests enjoy the cabin to its fullest!

Walking through the kitchen/dining area into the living room is a pullout couch with extra linens and large windows to let in the Alaskan sun. The living room has a cozy large sofa for watching the TV or enjoying your coffee. A full kitchen is also included with everything one could need. Please enjoy your stay in a contemporary retreat. Located in town. I pride myself on making sure the unit is extremely clean and has everything you will need.

Northern Lights Adventure Cabin

The peace, quiet and fresh air will envelop you with tranquility but invite you to explore what’s just outside the door. Have morning coffee on the deck to leisurely start your day then sit around the fire at night while you relive the days adventures. It’s far enough from the city lights for northern lights viewing when they’re out. No smoking of any kind on the premises at all. We’re only 4.4 miles the airport.

Chaplin Cabin

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
