In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Egal ob Wandern, Ski fahren oder Mountainbiken, ob Erholung oder Abenteuer, das Privatgrundstück bietet das Rundumpaket mitten in einer der schönsten Naturschutzskigebieten Europas. Der Sonnenkopf, Lech, St. Anton oder der Montafon liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Selbst der traditionelle Jakobsweg führt mitten durch das Grundstück.

Mittendrin und doch Abgelegen liegt unsere liebevoll eingerichtet Ferienwohnung, Bike‘n‘Board Lodge. Direkt am Ortseingang am Schliefwaldtobel und nur 10 min Fußweg vom Ortskern Brand entfernt. Der große Balkon, sowie der chillige Grillgarten, der zu Eurer alleinigen Benutzung ist, lädt egal ob nach einer Skitour im Winter, einer tollen Wanderung oder einem grandiosen Biketag im Sommer, zum verweilen ein. Geniesst den Ausblick in die grandiose Bergwelt.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
