Das Trierer Quereinhaus aus dem Jahre 1866 wurde nach historischem Vorbild liebevoll mit ökologischen Baumaterialien wie Lehm, Kalk, Stroh, Jute und Massivholz restauriert. Verbringen Sie bei uns ein einzigartiges Erlebnis in einem Ferienhaus aus längst vergangener Zeit. Erkunden Sie auf zahlreichen Wander- und Fahrradwegen den Naturpark Südeifel und das Müllerthal.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Das EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 gehört zu einem Ensemble von mehreren historischen Natursteingebäuden, die liebevoll restauriert wurden und anspruchsvollen Gästen ein tolles Naturerlebnis mitten im Herzen der Eifel bescheren, ohne auf entspannten Luxus verzichten zu müssen. Das EIFEL QUARTIER ist eine sehr individuelle, ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit modernem Pelletofen, sie geht über zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine E-Tankstelle. Hier wurde pures Wohnen in die Moderne überführt.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Landhaus im Fachwerkstil in der Eifel

Das Landhaus wurde im Jahre 1983 mit viel Eichenholz und Fachwerkelementen erbaut. Die Zahl der Feriengestaltung ist nahezu unbegrenzt. Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Tennisspielmöglichkeiten auf umliegend Plätzen und Hallen. Der nächste Golfplatz ist ca. 12 km entfernt. Zwei in der näheren Umgebung liegend Stauseen laden im Sommer zum Schwimmen und Angeln ein. Der Nürburgring liegt in überschaubarer Entfernung. Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und viel Platz.
