Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

Villa Diepenbrock Arnhem is modern, sfeervol en van veel gemakken voorzien. De Villa is gelegen in de natuur en met de Veluwe en Arnhem dichtbij. Burgers' Zoo en het Openluchtmuseum op loopafstand. De Villa is onder architectuur gebouwd en werkelijk uniek. Buiten en binnen lopen in elkaar over. Prachtig is de zeer grote centrale ruimte met open haard. In deze grote en unieke accommodatie voelt de hele familie zich thuis. De villa kent 3 mooie woonkamers. Alle woonkamers hebben een gas of hout haard. De grootste woonkamer heeft een open keuken met rustgevende uitzichten naar de tuin toe. Je kunt rondom de woning zitten er is altijd plek in de zon. Er is ook een jacuzzi en sauna buiten. Binnen is er een race simulator (fantatec) vooral leuk voor race fans! Op loopafstand ben je in het bos, Paleis het Loo, Apenheul en/of Julianatoren.
