Above a chololate maker shop, just across from the famous hotel Amigo, our appartement is the perfect base camp to explore Brussels and a comfy nest to take a real break and enjoy this great city. Splendid new apartment with 1 separate bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 it separate the living area with a double door that can close for privacy and a extra couch bed in the living room, ideal for 4 people. It has a dining table with 4 chairs and with all windows provided blackout curtains. The apartment is situated on the 1 st floor and has been recently renovated and is a 13 minute walk to the Grand Place and 12 minutes from the South Station.

Silence et Confort (Louise)..

Maison très calme et silencieuse de 4 appartements, rénovée avec soin située entre Louise/Parvis/Loix. Je suis le propriétaire (french and English speaking) et j'habite au rez-de-chaussée. Pas de fête dans le bâtiment. Pour une ou deux personnes intimes, non-fumeur, sans animaux et surtout très calme comme la maison. Idéal pour profession intellectuelle. Si vous aimez la vie nocturne et compter rentrer tard. Svp, Réservez un autre endroit.
