We chose Bucerias for our new home because of the quiet neighborhood of East Bucerias, abundance of great restaurants and of course, the proximity to the best of Banderas Bay's beaches and to the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 20 minute drive away. Our home is located in the residential area of the Las Brisas neighborhood, in the SE side of town. It is about 1 mile/5-7 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. Lots of transportation options. Just ask! Five night minimum for stays.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals.
