This geometric home offers privacy in the woods on just under 13 acres, but is within a 20 minute drive to breweries and 25-30 minutes to the popular Nelson 151 destination. With plenty of amenities (including fiber internet), Acute Lodge is the ultimate restorative getaway perfect for couples, friends, or even small families. Your pup is also welcome to join with added pet fee. No cats, subject to fine.

The Loft @Venue1848

The Loft has one bedroom with one queen size bed for 2 guests. If your 2nd guest needs an extra bed, you can add a king size blowup mattress OR a twin mattresses for $25 per night. Please message me your extra bed preference and pay me directly with cash or card before you checkout. If your Airbnb reservation includes an extra guest fee, there is no additional charge. Experience a river retreat at our luxury barndominium in Central Virginia! We are nestled in the heart of our 40 acres parcel with 2 acres of river front access where you can swim, fish or kayak. We are in the middle of Cumberland State Forest. Take a short 10 minute drive to Bear Creek Lake State Park for swimming, hiking, and boating. Our spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a steam shower, and soaking tub. Relax in a hammock or enjoy hanging with friends by the camp fire

Shepherdess Cottage

Charming cottage located in Scottsville, Virginia on a 93 acre sheep farm. It is located 19 miles from Charlottesville. The Shepherdess Cottage is tiny, relatively private and offers beautiful views. We are a working farm so you may encounter us, but will respect your privacy as much as we can. You are welcome to "free range" with our sheep and enjoy exploring the property. Sometimes our lambing season (pretty much year-round) will offer bottle babies that you can feed and cuddle.

Located one hour from UVA, Wintergreen, numerous Craft Beer Pubs and Wineries. This includes numerous choices for hiking. If canoeing and kayaking is your interest, I am located a short distance from several launch sites. I am willing to shuttle vehicles and assist in getting you where you wanna be.
