Welcome to The Orchard House! This is a charming 2 bed/1 bath Queen Anne-era home in safe and quiet neighborhood. We are located just 1 mi from the heart of Burlington’s historic riverfront downtown. You won’t have to go far to find dining and fun things to do, but our ample kitchen space and cozy living room also makes it easy to stay in and relax. Home has WiFi, 2 TVs with Roku sticks, and washer and dryer access downstairs. Dog-friendly (2 pet max). We look forward to your stay with us!

This home is the perfect setting whether you’re here for business, sports, entertainment or to simply connect with family or friends. This lovely late 1800’s home is filled with original charm but has been spruced up to meet modern needs. It is located near the Mighty Mississippi and only a 3 minute drive to our beautiful downtown. Fun City Courts and the Rec Plex are just a quick 10 minutes away. At noon and 6:00 pm you will hear the charm of local church bells ringing if you are outside.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. The Riverside Bungalow is located on the mississippi river. It offers awesome views of the river ( unbelievable sunsets, eagles, all types of boat traffic & more ). The Bungalow has a great deck looking down on the river. Enjoy a awesome experience sitting around the fire pit watching the sunset. Hey if you got a boat no problem the Bungalow has plenty of parking & the boat ramp is just 3 blocks away.

Home Away From Home

Re-connect with loved ones in this family-friendly house. It is located just .8 miles from the wedding/reception venue "The Barn at Fairview Acres". Sleeps up to 8 people and has an open area to gather in. We are happy to accommodate anyone whether you are with a wedding party, working or hunting in the area, or just in town to visit friends and family. If one house isn't enough, we also own the 2 bedroom "Cozy House" right next door.

Only 1.5 miles to downtown shopping, riverfront, entertainment and restaurants. Private balcony with river views, private laundry and pet waste stations. Set next to a large open lot for pets and outdoor activities.
