The apartment consists of a large bright bedroom with a comfy Queen-sized bed, and a sunlit living room with 45-inch smart TV with more than 200 channels of free of Bell , high-speed internet. The Kitchen includes a large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery, plates, cups, bowls... to prepare and enjoy your food. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a medium front mirror, and toilet. Shampoo and body wash are included.

I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
