This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. We are a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom & 9 bed cottage functional all year round. We are 15 min. from Bon Echo park, 20 min. from Malcolm lake which has amazing ice fishing and less than 2 min. from Marble Lake Public beach. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.
