Beautifully restored villa in a quiet location in a sunny hillside area with beautiful views, elegantly furnished and refined with large fenced garden and private pool with terrace in natural grey stone and gazebo. The garden furniture is completely new and includes: sun loungers, , rattan sofas and armchairs with rattan paddock cushions, wooden table and chairs for 6 people. Private parking is inside the property. The villa is far away from the town center. There in also a barbecue in stone.

Prenotazione minima 2 notti La Dimora di 250 mq situata su un terreno vitivinicolo con alberi da frutto ed ulivi, si erge su una piccola collina con vista sulle Alpi Apuane, immersa in una tenuta privata con giardino ed idromassaggio per 6 persone ed un barbecue a rotelle. La Dimora è dotata di WI-FI, aria condizionata. Bellissimo panorama. Parcheggio nella proprietà lungo il vialetto ed esterno.

la casa risale al 1871 è in sasso ed ha i muri interni molto spessi che consentono di rimanere sempre fresca durante tutta l'estate. la cucina apre direttamente sulla corte esterna dove abbiamo un grande tavolo con vicino un barbeque di muratura. Il giardino si trova nella parte anteriore della casa c'è anche un gazebo con divanetti. La piscina è recintata ed è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti della casa. La casa è confinante con una casetta gialla di mia proprietà non abitata
