Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

LACASADIEOLO è un incantevole trilocale, dotato di terrazzino panoramico arredato, dove potersi concedere ai piaceri della cucina e della lettura, immersi in una atmosfera resa unica dalla vista delle isole Eolie, dal litorale di San Gregorio, nella località di Scafa a Capo d'Orlando, in Sicilia. Le stanze restituiscono le tonalità del mare su cui si affacciano, insieme ai suoi profumi portati fin qui dal vento.

Dista appena 4 km dal mare raggiungibile con scorrimento veloce. La casa si presta per cene e feste private per cui abbiamo previsto servizio catering. The view is wonderful. The apartment has a wonderful terrace overlooking the famous Isola Bella and you can admine spectacular colors of sunrise and sunset. The terrace is private where you can relax and have dinner. The guests have use of a beautiful jacuzzi with breathtaking view. The jacuzzi is shared with other apartment.
