Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river in the front yard for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

The Guest House under Rose

The view is priceless, its nestled on farmland. A mile down the road, you'll discover a one lane red bridge. Go five miles to the south & there lies Pinicon Ridge Park. You can hike the trails, go kayaking, & fish the Wapsipinicon River. Just 30 miles from the Cedar Rapids airport. There is a man-made pond five miles south of the Guest House. Its four acres long. You may fish or kayak this beautiful area. Within the last year, 14 clients complimented the host on how welcoming the place is.

Central location with access to 2,000+ acres of public land within 10 min drive and kayaks rentals. Large screened-in porch overlooking the river, nice firepit just outside the cabin. Paved RV parking pad with hook-ups (extra fees apply to park an RV). Get fresh eggs or meet some friendly animals at the goat farm across the street (call Liz in advance).

Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children and no pets. Outdoor relaxing space, gas grill. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Attractive backyard space complete with bistro lighting, & a minimalist seasonal hot tub ( No chemicals, no jets. Freshwater on demand hot water). Just minutes away from shopping areas, downtown, and great restaurants. It's just half a block from a local grocery store. Nine minutes from newbo. Your hosts will be available to help you acclimate to the fun experience.

Beach Vibe No Beach Shanty

It's a quirky little weird house. 😂 Built in 1922. Its a whopping 560 sqft. It's a clean, classy decorated place for visitors to come & stay while enjoying Cedar Rapids. Relax on the little front porch to sip your morning coffee. Large TV & comfy couch. Dinning area is bright & cheery. 2 bedrooms both with FULL size beds. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a claw foot tub. Note..It is an extremely small bathroom. Cute galley kitchen leads to the basement with washer & dryer.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

Ausadie Building is a registered Local & National Historic property, located in the Medical & Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, four live theaters, Coe College and many churches and restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and a peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and a fully equipped gym are also included. The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!

Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.
