This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. If you're looking for a unique escape from the daily grind, check out our historic cabin in a picturesque setting! Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

My home is very conveniently located close to downtown State College. You are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to campus and the stadium, as well as a 20 minute walk into the center of town. It's fully furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms-I hope I've thought of everything that any group would hope to find in their own homes! Parties and events aren't currently permitted due to Covid-19 and AirBNB's rules.

We are 5 miles from the Pine Creek Rail Trail head and numerous hiking trails. Our farm is within a 15 min drive of Lycoming college, PennCollege, and Lockhaven University. The Little League Complex is 13 miles from our location. There are several nearby local restaurants. This property is on a working farm.
