Welcome to our cozy 2-room apartment in the heart of historic Nimes! A short walk from landmarks like Nimes Cathedral, Maison Carrée, grocery stores, restaurants, and Les Halles de Nîmes food market. The apartment is located in a quiet street, no restaurants or bars open at night nearby, making it generally quiet. On weekend nights, there might be noise from partying people passing by the street. We installed double curtains and ear plugs are provided. Please consider this before booking.

Between Coliseum and Maison Carrée, free parking

Apartment ideally located between the Arena (amphitheater) less than 100 meters and the Maison Carrée (listed by UNESCO in 2023), close to the magnificent Museum of Romanity. You are 5 minutes walk from the Halles de Nîmes and close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes free access to the Arena car park (maximum height: 1 meter 90) for the duration of your stay, located 200 meters from the apartment. You will be only a few minutes from the SNCF train station (approx. 500 meters).

Logement atypique et douillet sur les toits de Nîmes en plein centre (4ème étage sans ascenseur). Vous séjournerez à quelques pas des monuments historiques. Conçu par nos soins, le "nid" est confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire ( climatisation, TV...). Petit extérieur partagé pour fumeurs. Possibilité parking avec supplément. Discrets, nous résidons sur le même palier. Si vous souhaitez, nous pourrons vous conseiller en fonction de vos envies (restos, visites, sorties, etc.) A bientôt!

En plein Centre historique et piétons, , les halles de Nîmes sont à 2 min, la Maison Carrée et les Arènes à quelques min également. Lieu parfait pour découvrir notre belle ville, vous ne serez pas déçu!

L'appartement est non fumeur et ne dispose pas de balcon. Il faut descendre dans la rue pour fumer, ce qui est contraignant.
