This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

My cozy apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the historic center of Český Krumlov. A big bonus is free parking right in front of the house, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without any worries. After a day of exploring the town, you can return to a relaxing space with a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi and a Smart TV are, of course, included. The bathroom comes with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries.
