Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. PRIVATE HOT TUB! We call this intriguing little place, The Bigfoot Inn. The cabin is located 1/4 mi off of Hwy 10 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and is less than 2 mi from the Illinois River. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Fun little cabin that feels like a treehouse on the Illinois River with gated community beach access. Step onto the back deck, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch the wildlife including birds, squirrels, and deer. Or listen to the river. Grill up some steaks and sit at the picnic table. Afterwards, go underneath the cabin for a nap in one of the four hammocks. Take a short walk down to the private beach to kayak or swim in front of the bluffs. Perfect place for adventure or relaxation.

Guests can enjoy roasting marshmallows at the community fire pit, games in the arcade, kayaking at the lake around the corner, and nearby mountain biking trails. Coin laundry in clubhouse! The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms have all the modern conveniences and the vintage decor around the cabin makes for a unique experience. Eagles, deer, and other wildlife are regularly seen. The property also has another 8-person cabin, 4 glamping sites, and 6 RV sites.

Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.
