Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

Grocery store, restaurants and golf course just blockes away. kitchen has all utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans if you wish to cook. two tv's with Wi-Fi and Netflix is provided. there is a washer and dryer. New queen size mattress and an air mattress for a good night's rest.

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.
