We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. In our house there are three apartments and their names are:LAVENDER, SUNSET and studio apartment AZURE.Our apartments are located just 5 km from Dubrovnik old town and 10 km from Dubrovnik airport. Nearest supermarket and bus stop is 5 min light walk and beaches and shops are 15 min light walk. You’ll love it because of the ambiance, the people and it's good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
