We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

A cozy lakefront cottage made by family, for family. This was our parents home away from home, their favorite getaway. Now that they're gone, we want to share what they enjoyed. Traditionally constructed lake cabin with all the comforts of home. Large partially covered deck, large pier for fishing, plenty of room to bring your boat, canoes, or kayaks. Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.
