Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Golden, CO retreat at 9000 feet in the beautiful mountains. Close to fantastic hiking trails, CO skiing, fly fishing and small CO mountain towns. Basement studio walkout apartment with private entrance, private fire pit patio, and hot tub shared with the hosts. For the maximum mountain experience we recommend at least a stay of 2 nights.
