We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.
