Built in 1890, Chestnut Cottage is located in the heart of the historic district within easy walking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants and historic sites. The Cottage features a comfortable living room, bright dining room, country kitchen, first floor bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed. Welcome, with this unique key-less entry, you have privacy. Walk into the fully loaded kitchen and living room. The living room has a desk to work at or watch TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower; use the fan or heat lamp. The Bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, night stand with lamp. Along with a spacious closet, it includes a washer and dryer. Feel free to do your laundry and hang your items up. Working, relaxing, and living. Our space have all the essentials you need for your stay.

Driftless Region Cabin/ Stream and Sauna

Settle into a quaint farmhouse nestled in a valley in the rolling, forested hills of the Driftless Region. Start your day with a cup of local coffee on the front porch. Go on a long walk or bike ride, then return to the cottage to cook, play board games, listen the record collection or visit Viroqua (25 minutes) for a farm-to-table 5-star dinner, or check out local music. Build a warm fire outdoors/ warm up by the gas stove indoors, or go down to the stream for a sauna by the cool water creek.

Funky, tidy 23 year old country cabin on 120 acres of farmland & woods in a private, quiet rural setting. It's cozy, 950 sq ft, built with stone and wood. Open concept with a two story fireplace, porch fireplace, firepit, and open loft for sleeping (1 bed), with spiral stairs, lots of windows, walnut floors and trim, oak beams and pine kitchen tops. Shower is big and open, with doors opening to a back deck for outdoor showering. Beautiful covered porch overlooking rolling meadows and woods.

The Sweet Suite

The Sweet Suite is an upper duplex unit. We are located in the middle of the Driftless Area known for its scenic beauty and charm. A comfortable country atmosphere ideal for relaxation. We welcome traveling nurses! Feel free to inquire about a longer stay. The distance is: 8 miles to Richland Hospital in Richland Center 19 miles to Muscoda Health Center in Muscoda 24 miles to Gundersen St Joseph's Hospital in Hillsboro The location is also ideal for hunters and other sports enthusiasts.

The Lumber Yard Cottage is a cozy hidden retreat tucked away from the road. Within walking distance of all Mineral Point has to offer. Great restaurants on all sides of this property and wonderful shops are just up the road. The Cheese Trail and railroad museum are across the street. Enjoy the back porch with the wraparound stone wall or the lovely front porch and watch the world slowly drift by. There is a queen size bed, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, ac unit, full kitchenette, and wi-fi.

The Young Cottage

You will have this entire cozy, Pet Free 2 bedroom home for up to 4 guests with 2 queen beds. A fully equipped kitchen & outside grill allows you to fix your own meals. Use the home and comfortable Deck as a base to simply relax in the quiet neighborhood or take a short walk to downtown or short drive to enjoy the beauty of Gov Dodge State Park, House on the Rock & Driftless Area. Rustica Retreat is a unique tiny house, designed by my husband and I, that maximizes the limited space we have. At 256 square feet, Rustica sounds small, but feels spacious. With 10-foot high vaulted ceiling, as well as six windows that bring the outside, in. Rustica fits her name, with a country chic feel to her. The inside has clean lines, white shiplap walls, wood accented ceiling and counters, and metal accents. Located at Red Barn Farm, a micro fresh cut flower farm in SW WI.

Enjoy a weekend off the grid in our rustic cabin on 30 acres of wooded serenity. Watch the sunset on the covered porch, or relax around a campfire. Feel free to explore the woods taking a hike on the network of trails. Nearby you can visit winery's, Wildcat Mountain State Park, the Kickapoo Valley Reserve and more. Watch for deer and birds while sipping coffee on the porch, roast marshmallows over the campfire, bust out the board games and make lifelong memories!

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
