A fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, fan, underfloor heating, outdoor deck with sea views and under cover private gazebo with lounge seating and electric barbecue /grill ,and all weather blinds. Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife that is protected .

We are warm and friendly hosts and will feel honored to welcome you to our beautiful home. Combination of old world charm and Asian ambiance. Separate entrance and self check in. Two large rooms (lounge room and bedroom), kitchen area, bathroom, veranda and backyard. Central location. I live in the front of the home and your self contained guest suite is at the rear of the home. You can have complete privacy. I usually introduce myself during your stay. Good Free Wifi.

Spacious Townhouse is deep cleaned between each booking. Great location! Free WIFI and Aircon downstairs AND upstairs in all bedrooms. Clean linen & bath towels. Downstairs has a separate lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry and toilet as well as a single lock up garage and a rear courtyard. A 5 min walk to beautiful Park Beach, pub, cafes, restaurants and 5 min walk to Park Beach Plaza (Coffs largest shopping centre). 5 min drive to most tourists attractions.

Jetty Beach Studio

Location! Fresh , stylish and comfortable self contained 1 bedroom studio located on main road in the heart of the harbour. Stroll down the jetty strip and grab a coffee or dine at the many great restaurants! Jetty theatre less then 100metres. Great walking and bicycle paths all around the coastline. Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
