Two adult guests can have a relaxing stay at any time of the year away from the bustle of the town. It has it's own private access and there are fabulous walks from the door. There is ample, free parking outside the property with a regular bus service running into brighton town centre and the seafront.

It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

You can get to the centre of Brighton easily by bus or by train, or it is around a fifteen minute walk to the levels and twenty minute walk to the sea front. The flat is very clean and tidy, with all the amenities you would need for a pleasant stay.
