This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

This 1-bedroom & 1- bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you may hear some traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you may also hear some noise during their hours of operation.. they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. We were having WiFi issues but thankfully that's now been resolved and works great!!

We have all options available to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable, options including lending a hand in taking care of our adorable animals, especially our Service Dog, Stella, who we’ve affectionately named our apartment after, we have a horse, mule, and a friendly flock of chickens. Fresh eggs daily.

This farmhouse can accommodate up to 7 people. 2 of the bedrooms have their own kitchenette and full baths. Main section has full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Entire home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 3 acres of peaceful yard and wraparound porches. All the doors connect so it opens up to accommodate large family.
