We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! This spot is all about making it easy to stay in Denver.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

See downtown from your second story deck! We are close to downtown, RiNo, in Five Points and also near LoDo. This space is private and not attached to our home. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, sink, coffee maker and toaster, all dishes and silverware. There is a large walk in closet.

There are lots of nearby restaurants/bars/breweries.

Park your car in our designated underground parking spot for your entire stay and enjoy the walkability and/or short Uber trips of this perfect Denver location.
