In the summer, it has an adjacent field of wild flowers; in the winter the ski shuttle bus stop is right in front of the house. Enjoy epic sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 w/futon bed in the master bedroom. Privacy and comfort, semi-secluded while still close to town and world class mountain biking.

A cozy, well-appointed home in the historic, old town of Crested Butte. Two Queen bedrooms and one full bath. In Old Town, near to dining, bus to ski area, grocery etc! This home is one side of a duplex. There is one short adjoining wall. I occupy the other side of the house. I welcome your pet and ask that you disclose if you are bringing a pet. There will be a pet fee of $75 for each pet. Rental License #001328, 1 Parking Spot, 4 people total occupancy.

This charming home is located in Mt. Crested Butte and is a short 5-10 minute walk to world class skiing/mountain biking at Mt. Crested Butte Resort! Winter Ski shuttle pick-up to the resort picks up at the driveway! Access to back country hiking and bike trails minutes from the house. Cozy house located in historic district of CB at quiet end of Elk Ave. Located in ideal spot right opposite Rumors coffee/book shop, close to many award winning restaurants & independent stores. Free bus to mountain only a block away. The house is quaint & cozy & has a European feel. For larger groups or longer stays there is another house (airbnb number 20882391) that rents for 30 nights or longer. A huge saving as no tax is due on rentals over 30 nights.
