Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

There is a wealth of things to keep you busy in the local area, or simply enjoy the hut’s amenities making for a perfect romantic break.

Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
