Gas fireplace adds a romantic ambiance. Sit on the porch & admire the views, especially the sunrises, overlooking the pond with water fountain. Fire pit and walking trails. Catch & release fishing.

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

Newly built Modern 2 bedroom 2 Bath house. The Theodore house is conveniently located one block off main street in Park Hills and 15 minutes from Farmington. The bedrooms feature king size beds and 55 inch TV’s. The house has a large leveled fenced in back yard. Washer and dryers available for longer stays. Top speed internet for work or entertainment.

Located on the Jonca Creek in the center of Ste. Genevieve County and only one mile from Hawn State Park, the Jonca Creek House offers a beautiful sanctuary filled with all the comforts of home. The home is wheelchair accessible and handicap friendly. While staying you will have access to the double car garage.
